If I have a shipping wizard attached to the listing, then I will ship UPS or other means, as we decide, to get the unit to you. We will be glad to quote freight to you. We are connected with some of the best freight companies in the US and can often get the very cheapest freight. Once I get a quote, you are welcome to decide if you are interested in our quote or you can get your own quote. You are under no obligation to use our quote. Simply let me know and we will bill you for freight otherwise, you are responsible for freight. We will do our best to ship all UPS items within 24 hours. All freight will ship 3-5 working days.
Freight Damage: When you receive your item, be sure and inspect for damage. Any damage must be reported at the time of receipt. This action is taken to insure that the shipping company is aware that they have damaged the item. It prevents them from making claims that you damaged the item after delivery. Be sure and inspect carefully and have the shipper sign the delivery receipt that the item is damaged. After you have identified damage, be sure and take pictures of the damaged item, noting carefully, the damage that you observe. We request, that you report to us within 48 hours, the damage and to have pictures of your claim, to us, within 72 hours. If the damage is found to be legitimate, we will gladly refund your money or replace the damaged item within 5 working days, at our discretion.
